Deep Coaching FAQ
description
Thank you for considering our Deep Coaching fieldwork program. This allows our coaches to practice our coaching model and techniques and offers you an opportunity to experience presence-based coaching.
what is deep coaching?
Deep coaching is transformative coaching based on the enneagram as a path to self-discovery and a deeper consciousness for authentic living. Like other coaching modalities, we hold space for our clients to bring forth whatever is important for your growth. We will support you in your journey, whether it be a transition to a new career path, unraveling what the next stage in life looks like, developing leadership presence, facing a challenge with a new health issue, or even a relationship transition. Deep coaching provides the space for you to discover what’s important to you from an embodied presence that connects the three centers of intelligence so that you can truly respond to your life from your deepest motivations.
The Coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling or therapy, I will support you in seeking a licensed professional.
your commitment
The commitment for the fieldwork is as follows:
12 coaching sessions that usually last between 45 minutes to one hour. We believe that true transformation takes time and work and a minimum of 12 sessions is what results in the greatest shifts.
2 recorded sessions. As a requirement of the program, the coach must record two sessions. One session will be about halfway through the program and the other will be between sessions 10-12. The recordings only need be 20 minutes for them to count and you and your coach can decide when it’s best to do this. Coaching is confidential and the recording will only be shared with the fieldwork supervisor and potentially with an ICF reviewer for purposes of feedback and assessment.
As part of the program, you will need to complete a coaching intake form and sign a coaching agreement that lists the terms of the coaching relationship.
cost
These sessions must be paid for but the amount that your coach charges is their choice.
