Team Strengths - Creating Greatness
The Team Strengths workshop is based on four big insights from the modern psychology of success that focuses on improving team performance by identifying the strengths of the team and building on those.
With the use of fun and energizing games and activities, this workshop is visual, interactive, and engaging. We use the insights from the activities to challenge existing narratives and limiting thoughts (overplayed strengths) in individuals and teams.
We end with a Team Strengths Map that focuses on team communication styles. This helps us understand how we react under stress to uncover potential conflict hotspots for the team. Understanding our own communication preferences and how they are similar or different from others helps resolve conflicts and make communication more effective in a team.
We also get super intentional about our purpose and values, identifying our customers & stakeholders, what services the team provides, team boundaries (as they relate to the company), how do we want to work together, and our cadence for revisiting and improving our team alliance.
