We have many years of writing resumes and also years as hiring managers. We’ve seen thousands of resumes and written hundreds. Whether you need another set of eyes to make sure your resume is ready for prime time, or you need a complete overhaul, we can help. One thing we excel at is capturing the key highlights of your experience and expressing that in a way that connects with the roles you are applying for. Especially if you are looking to transition to another type of role, we’ll ask you the questions that help us find experiences and skills that are applicable to your new role.
We also ensure that your resume is ATS-friendly. Applicant Tracking Software weed out about 75% of resumes. Yours needs to be part of that 25%. We’ll ensure that you have the right words and formatting to get you in the door.

Sometimes you need to prepare and practice for interviews. The very best practice to make sure that their message is landing. We’ll help you identify which stories to tell related to your experience, help you fine-tune your answers to the dreaded - “tell me about yourself” or “tell me your biggest weakness” questions and give you tips for virtual and panel interviews, and even project interviews.

When you feel you need a little more than just an hour to prepare for that next big move, we will support you with guidance and coaching to help you focus and deliver your best interviews. Our Job Search Mentoring package provides three separate sessions where we can focus on your needs for this job search experience.

Thank you for your interest in beginning this journey with me. I intend to be present for you and create the space for you to explore what's important for you in your next career or role and to inspire you to take the steps necessary to make significant progress toward your goals.
I love to help people connect to the work that they love. I’ve had many opportunities to help individuals highlight their talents and contributions to connect them with new roles, new companies, and sometimes, new industries. My special sauce is being able to see in you what is sometimes hidden. And I use that to showcase not only what you have done, but what you can do.
I’ve advised many on how to prepare for interviews, salary negotiations, and have even helped place some people in jobs where I had connections with the hiring managers. I’ve been on both sides of the desk - as interviewee and interviewer and have amassed years of experience in all aspects of interviewing. I’ve also coached many who weren’t quite sure of what was next for them.
I am easy-going and fun but I am very serious about one thing - please don’t spend a lifetime doing something you hate. Life is really short and we spend many hours at work in our lifetimes - close to 90,000 hours! That’s a lot of hours! Work won’t always be a party and I value hard work. But it’s so much more gratifying when we are doing things we are talented at, or are passionate about, or at least we enjoy being around the people we are with for many of those 90,000 hours. Let’s get started.
