What to Expect

For our intake session, I will ask you to complete an intake form so that we can quickly determine what your goals are with coaching. In this session get right to work - going over your goals, describing what coaching is, and answering questions to help you get the most benefit from the program. Look out for the intake form over the next 24 hours.
